My Favourite Things

I have included in My Favourite Things some of my favourite music artists, films, TV shows, comedians, media platforms, shows and events. For example my favourite artists include; Queen, Rex Orange County, Catfish and the Bottlemen, Lizzo and Janelle Monáe. Some of my favourite film franchises/ films and TV shows are Marvel, Jurassic Park, Sunshine on Leith, The Good Place and Brooklyn Nine-Nine. I also love the cinema which is why the Odeon is included in this collage, as well as this I love going to the theatre and watching weird and wonderful shows. The Fringe festival is an event to celebrate the arts and I have been three times to the one held in Edinburgh, the musical SIX in this collage began at the Edinburgh Fringe and is now a very successful west-end show. I am also a fan of The Fab Five (Queer Eye) and their show on Netflix, along with comedian James Acaster's Repertoire.

I chose to take Media A-Level because I would love to work in the film industry in the future and I am fascinated by films in general. I also love photography and want to to be able to do something I love for the coursework side of Media. This course is my favourite out of all my subjects and I hope to learn about every aspect of media to fully understand the industry.
