Pop Ups

I decided against using Pop ups as they were not used on any of the websites I looked at for my research. I felt they detracted from my moving background when testing the first draft below:

Having now added my music video and behind the scene to the front page, the pop ups are nob longer needed to draw attention to them, so they will not be used.

Draft of band introduction

This is a first draft of an introduction to be put on the ‘BAND’ page of my website. It will talk about the band, their experiences and their new single to allow for links to the music video and behind the scenes interview.

Adding a call to action

Adding a call to action for fans to send in their photos from protests.

Could be for a collage on the website or a contest.

Using one of the two photos below from a London protest, with a different title.

Hidden Gallery

 

The hidden gallery contains a secret photoshoot which location and outfit match the main photos on the BAND page which contain the hidden link to the hidden page. 

The photos have been edited to have a pink tint, this allows for a name for the photoshoot such as ’the pink photoshoot’ or ‘pink gallery’, name to be decided. 

The white box will contain text, fitting with the rest of the pages. This text will explain the hidden gallery and maybe congratulate the fan for finding it.

Adding an easter egg

Adding an easter egg to my website:

I am adding a hidden gallery to my website that fans can only access by finding the link hidden in the two main photos of the band members on the BAND page of my website.

The hidden page will be full of extra photos of the band and behind the scenes images from the music video shoot.
